Hey Mom, have questions about Homeschooling? Here’s what other moms had to say.

What’s one thing you wish for future homeschoolers?

To have the freedoms of being home educated without the constraints of reporting to the government. This is so important because it places value in the parents' hands and holds them accountable for their children, which is how God designed it to be. It's also crucial to a parent being open and honest with others who are choosing to home educate their children.

I wish that every state was easy to homeschool in. I am in several groups where homeschoolers talk about their states laws and requirements for homeschoolers and I am often surprised by how strict some areas are on homeschooling families. The whole reason many choose to homeschool is for the freedom to educate their children the way they best learn and how they feel is best. Many states make this very difficult.

You are your child's friend and confidant because you are redeemed through the crucifixion of our risen Friend and Savior Jesus Christ! You are more than worthy!
